Live chat offers instant response time, allows users to multi task their normal daily duties without having to wait on the phone with a representative while their checklist processes are running, immediate response everytime, no more annoying hold music, and no more voicemail! This Live Chat also allows our Support Team to integrate multiple support operators into a conversation at any time to assure that you get the best responses with no real wait!

For our clients utilizing our Browser Based Environmental Health Food Safety Inspection System, this feature is currently available to you within the Help link on your Main Menu.
